Hi All,

We've identified an error with Fifth Third Bank.  When sending payments to Fifth Third Bank, the status does not change to sent because an invalid response is returned from Fifth Third Bank's payment servers. Some customers may have sent payments multiple times for the same payee, which may result in NSF fees.

We have identified the cause of this issue and we are partnering with Fifth Third Bank to help them resolve it.
