Me neither ongoing problem with Merrill Lynch since Novmber and more redenlty with River Bank. I can't think of any reason to upgrade or even continue with this software. Any good suggestiosn for alternatives?
Same problem here with Merrill Lynch. How long does it take to fix an account connectivity issue? Like you I needed an alternative, so I'm currently using Mint at least until Quicken gets it's act together in the online space. Mint not only works with Merrill Lynch and anything else I've thrown at it, but it also has real budgeting capability with split transactions along with a great iPhone application.
One clarification for me: Quicken did respond when I reported the issue, but as you pointed out, this has been outstanding since November with no fix or update.

I've got an account downloading problem as well. The balance refreshes but the trnsactions don't come across. No transactions have shown on 2 of my accounts since May... Doesn't do much to show an accurate Budget. The emails don't solve the problem.
