How do I import more than 90 days of transactions? I just setup, and I want to import all the way back to when I started the account. Can I do this? It would be really cool.

On your main dashboard, click on the main balance (far right side) and that will take you to the transactions page. On there, there is a drop down that says Show: Last 30 days, Last 60 days, etc etc. Change it to Year-To-Date and it will pull in all of this year.

I don't believe you can go back further than that. Besides, it wouldnt help since you can't report on anything more than YTD.

I think your answer is wrong on two counts.

First: the other posters are asking about getting older transactions into Quicken Online, not displaying older transactions.  It is not possible to get more than about 90 days of historical transactions when you first start using Quicken Online.  There is no way to get transactions earlier than that; not the first time, or any other time.

Secondly: you can "display" transactions older than YTD; the bar of months accross the top of the Transactions tab has little horizontal "arrowheads" on vertical lines, that can be grabbed by your mouse and pulled (one to the left for older transactions, the other to the right for newer transactions) to cover different periods than those listed in the drop down list ... including periods that go back prior to the beginning of the year.

    I believe NoWayJose is correct.
But also, you can download as much as your financal institution will allow you to download. I think it is the institutions that place a limit how far back you can go.
Some of mine allow 90 days other allow 2 years.

Does Quicken Online keep the transactions in its database after 90 days, even after they roll off the 90 day period at the financial institution. For example, if I import into Quicken on 9.29 for the first time, it will gather info back to 6.29 from my bank. On 9.30, will the 6.29 data roll off both Quicken and at the bank? Or will Quicken have it stored so I can use it for tax purposes at the end of the year?

True that when you first setup account with Quicken that you can only get 90 days of transactions, but I have downloaded as a quicken webconnet file the older transactions. My question is: Can i import these transactions to quicken from this download file, or do I have to manually enter one by one. If it is the later, I will probaly not use this product!
