When upcoming transactions clear

This post is about: Quicken Online
I like to enter a check in Upcoming Transactions when I write it.
When the check clears Quicken moves out of Upcoming Transactions
into Cleared Transactions (which is fine) but it loses the
information on the payee. As result, I don't know who I wrote
the check to. Any suggestions?

I also have this problem sometimes. Seems to happend with checks that are issued from my Wachovia online banking system.
