Positive balance turns negative on initial download with Quicken Online

On Quicken Online my initial download from my bank repeatedly makes the positive balance in the checking account a negative balance in Quicken. I tried reloading a few times, tried a new email address. Anybody have the same problem? I do have 2 checking accounts with the same bank (business and personal) maybe that has something to do with it? The number is right but Quicken puts a "-" in front of it. Thankfully, it's correct on my bank website!

I have the same exact problem with 2 of my accounts. Those 2 accounts persistently incorrectly show the balance to be negative. I have emailed support but not received a response.
