I am trying to download my company 401K information. Hewitt Associates administers the 401K plan, however Hewitt isn't listed under financial institutions. Please help. Thanks.

I've been using quicken to upload 401K info via Direct Connect for some time using "Hewitt Assoc-Your Bnfts Resources" as the financial institution, but after upgrading to Quicken 2009 the "One Step Update" feature stopped working.
It connects after confirming the password via the password vault, and I've confirmed the passwords are correct, but the update won't download any info and sits in "uploading financial institution information" status. After a few minutes of no results, canceling the update shuts down Quicken altogether.
I've attempted removing/adding the account to no success. Any suggestions as to how to get this working again would be appreciated.
