It looks like the Sears Mastercard online web site got an overhaul sometime recently, which seems to coincide with Quicken Online no longer being able to successfully access it.

I am having the same issue for my Sears Gold Card only. The Blue Card still works, but only under a (new) bank on Quicken's list: "Sears Credit Car(Now Citi Credit Card)." Have you tried this one?

I just setup a QO account (as of 9/28) and my Sears Card account is having some trouble. The software was able to get transactions for June and July but not for August.
I even tried the "find missing transactions" tool with no luck. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I added my Sears Card (I believe it is servicd by Citi Cards) however, Quicken is able to download the card balance but not the transactions from my SearsCard web site. Also I can't enter a manual transaction to my SearsCard on Quicken.
So to account for the purchases made on Sears card, I added them manually on Mywallet transactions. I knw it is not clean, but it is a work around.
Hopefully Quicken will be able to fix the problem.
The trouble is with Sears server. Even though Citibank manages the credit, Sears manages the server. What do you expect from Kmart? Best fix is to dump the Sears card and go with another credit card, such as Discover.
