Every time I take out money at the ATM it does not appear on my Cash account, therefore every time I spend cash on My Wallet account it does not get deducted from my cash. It use to show up, until a couple of days ago. If any one has any I idea, please let me know. Thanks.
The ATM transaction, does appear on the Transaction tab, the word "Cash" is also in category. I had the balance of available cash left (green numbers) for 2-3 weeks, after it, I did not.
Ah -- I am guessing the problem here is the date range.
The cash total is based on the selected dates. If you selected dates are, for example, April 11 - May 11, it will total the cash transactions for those dates. If you want it to include more, change the date range to go further back.
I did the change on the date range. However I still just getting the money Spent (cash Out) on my Wallet, and not my Cash In. It is still appears as Not Categorized.
The Not Categorized cash IS the cash in. Either way, it is spent (ie, not in you account anymore). To show how it was spent (make it no longer Uncategorized Cash) you add the transactions to indicate where you spent the money.
Well, I don't have any cash on the Cash In. Even though I took out money from the ATM and it appears on my checking account, it doesn't appear on my Wallet. How come there is no phone number to call you.
Can't manage to categorize my ATM on my Cash (My Wallet) Account. Oct 24, 2009 08:24 am
This post is about: Quicken Online
I just started using the online version and am having the same problem. The first time I made an ATM w/d from my checking acct it automatically reflected in my cash acct as "uncategorized" and accurately decreased as I added cash transactions. However, the next time I made an ATM w/d and categorized it as "Cash" it never appeared in my cash acct and so now my uncategorized cash remains at a $0.00 amount which is not an accurate reflection of how much cash I actually have on hand.
