I am trying to add my Best Buy Master Card to my list of Accounts. I also have a Best Buy store card and was able to add that one, but it looks like I can't add the Master Card. I know the card is run by HSBC (just like the Best Buy store card) and I tried all the HSBC accounts and none of them would work. Any suggestions?

You can download the account information from the reward zone web site, However even after you do this and try to update it later it will take you to the HSBC web site and not the reward zone web site (password and user name are not the same on the HSBC website) so you still can't get it to go to the right website for one step update. Anyone else figure a way around this?

All,
Sorry you are having trouble getting this card added to the product. Can you please do the following - go to quickenonline.custhelp.com and click on "ask for your bank". Provide the required information, and submit it.
The more requests we get, the more likely it is that we'll add requested financial institutions.

I called tech support for Best Buy Master Card and was told they are working on allowing access through Quicken. The rep. told me it should be available within a few days...but who knows.

I also am very frustrated with this, and have emailed Best Buy Master Card from within the Reward Zone Website today. I would recommend others to do the same. The more we make a fuss, the more attention we will get, and hopefully get this resolved.
You know whats funny, Quicken bought out mint.com. and mint will download for the best buy cards, but not quicken itself. You would think they would have carried over the supported banks and incorporated them into the quicken software.
