I am new to quicken online and am having a problem with downloading transaction to my Citicard AAdvantage account. I have two credit card accounts. One is closed out because I lost the card. The other is new. The problem is that the old one downloaded it's transactions on setup but I can't get the new credit card account to download any transactions.
I have a similar problem with my AA CitiCard. When I update from within Quicken, I see what looks like a successful connection but I get no transactions. When I go to the CitiCard site to download, I'm asked for the proper existing account but my Citi account is not listed.

I guess by your message that you have been successful setting up your Citibank account. I have been trying for quite some time to setup my account without success. Did you have issues with the initial setup?

All,
Apologies, we had an outage with all citi accounts on Monday. It was resolved as of yesterday, so you should be able to access your citi accounts now. Please let me know if you're still having problems.
Thanks,

My citibank cards will not refresh...no info has changed. This is also happening with American Express..again no change. Am I doing something wrong? I am on Quiken Online.
I've been having the same problem with my Amex for a month. I keep submitting tickets, they say it's fixed, but it's not. I can reset the account to my heart's content, but can't get any transactions. I can log on to Amex directly with the same user name & password & it works fine.
Unfortunately, Quicken.com has proven too unreliable for me, and I'm about to move on....
Some Wells Fargo accounts have stopped downloading transactions Mar 06, 2009 06:52 pm

The account downloading feature has worked for years, but stopped working for two Wells Fargo credit card accounts in January. However, the primary checking account IS still downloading. The Wells Fargo techs are mystified.Could the problem be an emerging Quicken bug? Everything connects (no error messages) but no transactions download.

I just got off the telephone with Citi and the person I spoke to said Citi no longer supports the current Quicken file format, only the older "qif"? format. The Citi rep did add that MsMoney did work. If this isn't corrected soon, I will look for other options besides Quicken.
I also had two Citi cards and one card closed and a new one reissued but the transactions for the new card are not downloading. Do i have to complelete delete and recreate the account? I belive that will loose all my transactions older than 90 days.

My Discover account doesn't update. When I correct the Discover username and password in quicken and hit continue, the changes don't hold. It reverts to the old ones. Any suggestions?

About a month ago I had a Citi card reissued under a new number. I have been downloading transactions for years and now I can not. In the add new account it adds the new account just fine, but when I go try to download any transactions I get ol-221-a. I talk to citi and they have led me down many different paths and nothing has resolved this problem.
I download checking accounts and amex account just fine.
I am getting frustrated getting the run around and this is eating up a lot of time. Who should be addressing this problem Quicken or Citi?

I am having the same problem. I e-mailed Quicken support and they gave me a fix that does not work. I called the Quicken Support Chat line, outsourced to Right Now and they referred me to a quicken link. The Quicken link asked me for an e-mail address and telephone number so that they can send a solution, once they have one ??? Don't they test something as simple as downloading a transaction???
