I am very upbeat about the free online service however it seems I can't access my bank. My personal bank is LGE Community Credit Union and all the steps go according to plan until I reach the security questions. It asks me a question then lists an item and prompts me to type yes/no to the item. If I type "yes" i get locked out and if i type "no" its like the page refreshes itself over and over again never getting past that answer...Help Quicken!

Hi,

I'm so sorry to hear this isn't working. I think the Support team should be able to help you. There may be a problem with your particular bank or account.

To contact Support, click Support at the upper-right of the Quicken Online window and then click Contact Us Now. Then click Email and fill out the form.

Please include your AuthID when you fill out the form. You can find your AuthID by clicking the Settings link at the upper-right of the Quicken Online window and then clicking View in the Account Details section.

But if you've never been able to add *any* bank account to Quicken Online, you can find your Auth ID by signing into Quicken Online and clicking "See my accounts details" under Popular Questions on the Find Your Financial Institution page.

Here are some other things that are helpful to include on the Email form you fill out for Support:
- The exact website addresses of your bank's home and login pages
- The type of account you're trying to add, such as business, personal, loan, investment, credit card, and so on

I hope this helps,
Kate
