Quicken online won't take me directly to my homepage

Quicken Online
After having set up my accounts, whenever I log-in, I am not taken to my homepage, but to the "add financial institutions page." I have to click on "see my account details" and then on "go to home page." Shouldn't I go directly to my homepage when I log-in? I am using an iMac with Safari. I've spent a week with customer support trying to resolve this and they are truly the least competent tech support people I've ever dealt with. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
