TDECU members unable to login after new site upgrade

TDECU old site previously contained fields for user account and password for logging in. Since they have now rolled out a new site on 10/27, the old url only has a field for user account but no password field. If you attempt to login with an account only, you are redirected to another url (prompting you to correct the following errors which is a missing password). This poor planning has resulted in Quickenonline version not being able to find the TDECU site any longer, thus no data refreshing since 10/27. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have not been able to have this resolve in error code reporting form to Quicken online support.
