I have two TRP 401k accounts, one for me and one for my wife. We have the same employer, and TRP administers the 401k program. I can log in to each of our accounts individually at TRP's web site, but when I set them up in quicken the update feature will only update my account. When I look at the update status for her account it indicates that there are no new transactions for MY account. We have separate user names and passwords for TRP, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas???

I had this issue and reported it to support. They replied that they had fixed it, however, i had to delete the account and re-add it to get it to sych again. Fortunately i had no transactions recorded to worry about.
