Difficulty getting accounts onto QUICKEN MOBILE

I WAS ABLE TO EASILY DOWNLOAD ALL MY ACCOUNTS ONTO QUICKEN MONILE. THAT IS, ALL EXCEPT ONE. FOR SOME REASIN I CAN'T SEEM TO GET MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD ONLINE. DOES ANYONE HAVE QANY SUGGESTIONS? THANKS!

Hi,

When you try to add your Citibank Credit Card, do you enter your sign-in info and then get a yellow page?

If so, what is the error number on that page? (It will look something like Error: xxx Add on the lower-right.)
