The very first day I used this, (5 days ago) I was able to connect to my bank and download all my missing transactions going back a year. I filled everything out and all was right with the world.
Since that day, I have not been able to refresh my accounts for Bank of America only. It says it is having trouble connecting, I tried everything and the page says its still refreshing come back later... and never updates. I tried adding a new account going through BOA again and it says we have found no new accounts.. so I figure it can see it - but there is just some phantom block keeping it from d/ling the latest transactions... sigh
I can't even get service - I emailed support 3 days ago with no response.
I have B of A as well. I tired signing on first on the web site, then on mobile, and it is not working at all. How does mobile get around the B of A Site key ?
I thought you need this in order to sign on.
PLEASE WALK ME THROUGH getting my B of A ( California) checking set up!!!!!!!!!!!
