Quicken online is not importing Payee information correctly for me. My bank's transaction format is "type / description". Quicken does not display the "/" or any information after it. For instance, my cable bill is "ACH Withdrawal / TIMEWARNER CABLE -CABLE SERV" and quicken only sows "ACH Withdrawal" under payee. Basically, I have a bunch of ACH and POS payees that do not help me at all. Any way I can make quicken display all the information?

Dear Quicken Online Customer,

Thank you for contacting Quicken Online Customer Care,

I understand your concern. If your payee name is cut off, then your bank may be sending us information in a format that we don't currently support.

For example, in Quicken Online, the end of your payee names may be cut off, or you may see just a generic name for payees like CHECK, CASH WITHDRAWAL, or ELECTRONIC PAYMENT, and so on.

In order to report this to us, I would request you to please open the account, where the payees are downloading incorrectly. On the left of the page, you will find a section that says "Popular Questions". Here you will find a link that says "Why my payee names are cut off, or why are they generic names like CHECK?" Please click on that link and on the window that opens on the left, please click on the Yes button to report the name of the bank to our Product development team, so that they can resolve it.

If you need additional information, please reply to this email with your questions. Be as explicit as possible and I will be happy to assist you further.

Sincerely,

Preeti
Quicken Online Customer Care.
