Incorrect payee names, duplicate transactions...

I adding Upcoming Transactions and when they clear they are still in my Upcoming Transactions yet the amount is in the Cleared Transaction with a completely different payee. Places I have been once (Cloud 9) are showing up six times in a row on different dates with the exact amounts of my Upcoming Transactions. I also has places like McDonald's with $144 transactions which I know is incorrect. See the attached. I don't eat that much McDonalds.
Is this something I am doing wrong. I was excited about the idea of an online reputable check register but am getting very frustrated quickly.
