How Can I Clear a Transaction?

 I just started using this and I am running into a problem. I have some transactions in the Upcoming Transactions that I have added. So today, I got paid and I have had this in the Upcoming Transactions. This transaction has also downloaded so there is another transaction in the Clear Transaction. Quicken Online did not automatically recognize the transaction even though the total was the same amount. How can I get it to show as cleared?

You don't "clear" it: you delete it (the one occurance).
