I was able to add my first mortgage but Quicken Online doesn't appear to see my second mortgage, which I can access and see from the same login at the Countrywide site.

To answer your question, I just typed in "Countrywide" in the box where you search for accounts and selected Countrywide Home Loan. Hope this helps...
