that was the reason i stopped using this product. My main credit card is MBNA in canada and this product can not track that. I waited for 4 months for any update.. nothing happened

I also asked some time ago as whenever I tried to enter my Canadian MBNA Platinum Plus Credit Card, I was taken to the US Bank of America site.

I now use Wesabe.com where I can track all my transactions on all my bank accounts.

I recently received an email telling me that Quicken Online was going to be free, by that I think they mean that they will no longer charge the monthly fee because they won't be supporting it.

I still await notification that they will add the Canadian MBNA Card.

I have requested them to add the MBNA Canada credit card at least 4 times through the online ADD function. I have never received any word back. It is also our main credit card in our household. I LOVE Quicken Online - but it does not function as a complete picture of our finances without including our MBNA Canada credit card.

    This "FIA" option for MBNA Canada (www.onlineaccess.ca) does not work.

    Please support MBNA Canada as this is all I use for spending. Quicken is useless without it being supported.
