My Credit card with University FCU transactions does not get updated in Quicken because my bank manages it through ezcardinfo. How will I bring this in quicken

Have you ever gotten an answer on this? I have a credit union that uses ezcardinfo for VISA accounts. I can't get transactions into quicken. This is the card I use for all of my spending. Can anyone help me with this?

    Has anyone figured this out? Transactions ARE available on the web page, so I am confused as to why they cannot be imported into Quicken Online.
