I have had the same issue and none of my support requests have been responded to...I'm giving up shortly.
Same thing here, I sent emails to quicken and the only thing I got back was the request was closed due to the passing of time, it wasn't fixed.
I have three accounts that won't update (Wachovia, Amex, and BestBuy) What is frustrating is that I have two other accounts at Wachovia and Amex that do update. It's pretty clear to me that the problem is on quicken
This subscription is worthless if I can't see half of my accounts, I don't want to spend my time to researching this, very frustrating.
I did not change my password or sign in and I still can not refresh my acco Oct 31, 2008 11:06 am
This post is about: Quicken Online 2008
Hi All,
You might try these steps, if you haven't already:
Click on the account from the account bar on the left. On the next page, you should see a link near the top middle of the page to "change my bank sign-in information."
Clicking that should prompt for your sign in information and it should get your latest data.
If this doesn't work, then you should submit your issue, along with any error messages you've received, through the support link at the top of the page--it may be a server issue that support can research and correct--
HTH--
Quicken Kathryn
