I'm trying to connect my bank account (Step 2) and it can't find my accounts. I am using the same account info I login to my bank's online access site. It is a PNC Bank account which is listed as a bank in Step 1. The account is a simple checking account.

I, too, cannot connect to PNC Bank anymore. It seems that PNC changed its website over the weekend, and now Quicken Online no longer connects. I was able to add PNC to my Mint.com account, so I think the problem is only with Quicken Online. I tried deleting all of my PNC accounts (hoping that would solve the problem), but now I cannot re-add my PNC accounts at all.
Quicken, please look into this... If anyone else has an account with PNC Bank, are you still able to access your accounts?

I'm actually trying to connect, but to Flagstar, not PCN, but I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm afraid that I won't be able to cancel this membership if I continue to have problems....

I have a PNC account and I can no longer get Quicken to update it since PNC's site re-design. I deleted my PNC savings account from Quicken and now I can't add it back. I hope this is fixed in a timely manner.

Same problem for me. My checking accounts were updating no problem for months, then nothing. The bank says its a quicken problem and that my account passwords and online status has not changed. I tried removing update and redoing the setup, only now it cant see my accounts and tells me that all accounts at he bank are already activated! Help!
