How do I add an ING Direct Canada account? The security questions asked are from the US branch.

Same here, had many tickets open with support and I see posts from years ago asking the same. Would be nice if they would at least give an ETA

From what I've gathered it looks like they only support ING Direct, the American ING bank which is completely separate from ING Direct Canada, it's Canadian counter part. I suggest everyone post in this thread so they get around to adding it!:

At this time, we only officially support the U.S. version of ING Direct. Apologies for the inconvenience.

To request your financial institution be added, visit quickenonline.custhelp.com and use the "request a bank" tab.

ANother vote here for ING Direct Canada access. WIth interest rates the way they are I would imagine a lot of Canadians cash savings are held with this institution, it's a shame we can't use Quicken to access it.

    Has support for ING Direct Canada been added as yet? I recently tried to add an account and could not. Seems this thread is a year old so I would hope this has been addressed by now.

    I too would appreciate ING Direct Canada support and/or an explanation as to why it is taking so long to add this bank. The initial request was made almost 2 years ago! Please don't be like the majority of US based business that cannot see outside your own backyard. There are customers North of the border as well.
