Can't change GOAL # for some categories - why?

I just set up my account and was trying to edit my GOALS for the categories I use. I had no problem clicking "edit" and typing in a new number for most of the categories but for 3 or so categories, I can't type anything in at all - the cursor doesn't appear and it's as though the box is blocked from text input. How do I fix this? It's throwing off my overall total, because the numbers are set wrong and I can't change them.
