1.) When I refresh to sync with my bank account (using the refresh button). Some of my upcoming transactions will disappear. These are transactions that have not posted on my account. The amounts of the transactions are completely different. And the transaction that disappear are set to post far in the future.
2.) When I first set up quicken online I tried the reoccurring pay and deposit thing but I found it to be more work. Because the reoccurring payments would be on the wrong day and the amounts would be wrong. So I now enter everything in as a onetime payment or deposit. I keep getting reoccurring payments randomly showing up when I refresh. I delete all future transactions but they keep coming back.
I know this these are long questions but please help if you can.

I am also having this issue. It has been ongoing for several weeks and when I try to report it to Quicken support via their online form, all I get is an error message.
I hope someone from Quicken will see this post and at least acknowledge that they are aware of this issue.

Now, my upcoming transactions are being added to my balance making me look much wealthier than I am. Does anyone ever post solutions to questions posted here? I believe the following mission is not being lived up to: "The mission of the Quicken Community site is to provide Quicken users with resources - a reference and gathering place to share and exchange ideas, ask questions and provide solutions to one another. The goal is to build a community of novice through expert users eager to ask and answer questions, share tips and advice and act as peer support." Is there no formal support site?
We are also having the same problem, upcoming transactions randomly disappear leaving us with a false "real balance".
My wife and I use a very accurate budget which leaves little in our checking account every month. If quicken cannot show us the real balance in our account, we are going to be forced to stop using it.

I also find it extreemly annoying that qo automatically creates upcoming transactions without telling you. I enter all of my upcoming transactions for many months into the future to see where my balance will be.

Having the same problem. Put in all my transactions. Get everything budgeted. Come back the next day, and nothing is the same!?! Very frustrating. I know it's a free program, but it should work like it claims.
