Bank download - won't interface with existing accounts

Can anyone help?
When I downloaded last night, I got the window requiring me to choose existing or set up new accounts. Quicken did not prompt for the accounts which I used for years. It showed only two or three existing accounts but not the right ones.
The file description numbers appear to be the same as before, so I don't think the bank changed anything.
Any suggestions?
