Since 9/30, my Chase credit card will not refresh.Have tried every day since then with no luck.Sent 2 error reports to Quicken - no confirmation, no response. Quicken support is on my approved e-mail list to no avail. Some sort of answer from them would be appreciated. Thinking of closing this account and going elsewhere. Any suggestions?

Hi gerry349,
I'm sorry you're having this issue--what error messages are you receiving? What type of accounts are you experiencing this with (checking, savings, etc.)? Have you tried anything yourself to remedy the issue?
This information will help narrow down what the issue might be--
Thanks--
Quicken Kathryn

I also have non refreshing accounts-in my case all my accounts from BOA. If I reconnect the accounts I lose all data older than 90 days. Uncool. Quicken care to step up?

I have had the same account work well for 5-10 days than it will not refresh. This is the second time now with the same account. I can go through the online bank with no problem.
