Hello, I continuously get an error message when I try to refresh my bank account transactions. The account has not refreshed since 9/23 and I rely solely on Quicken online for money management. I followed the directions given by clicking on the error message and I am able to access my bank transactions on their website. I tried sending countless emails to Quicken support also linked to the error message and I have not received a confirmation email. I looked in my spam folders and there are no emails from support@quickenonline. I understand at times there will be problems with the system, but, I need acknowledgment from Quicken that they are aware there is a problem. Well, at least with my account.

I have the same problem. I have been able to get all accounts except checking accounts refreshed. What is interesting is that I have a credit card account at the same url, user name and password as a banking account (Chase) and the credit card transactions are updated but the checking information is not.

Same problem since 9/25 with BoA
Can't refresh. 9/25 was also the day I signed up so it worked then, and it knows that I have no new accounts if I pretend to add a new account but select BoA...
I don't know why it doesn't work but if its not working by the weekend and I haven't heard anything from a quicken rep. I'm done.
