So I've noticed that it is showing enteries twice. Can anyone explain that to me or tell me how to fix it? I do NOT manually do it.

Hi Mickey,

My account is doing the same thing. It doesn't seem to reflect in the "real balance", but does affect my "goals" and "trends" page. I am looking for the answer to the same question. Let me know what you find out!

    I have the same problem.

You can correct these "onesy twosy" by deleting the individual transactions:
-Click on the transaction you don't want, anywhere
-Find the Delete button, complete with garbage can, at the top of the section you're in
-click the "yes, I want to delete this" type confirmation that comes up

You'll note that this doesn't change your balance, since Quicken uses the balance from your institution, not a sum of the transactions, but will correct anything on Trends and Goals.

Now, that said: I"M GETTING LOTS AND LOTS OF DUPLICATES, AND IT'S REALLY ANNOYING!

I'm also seeing duplicate entries in my cleared transactions. I'm going through them right now and manually deleting them, but I'd like to know why it happened in the first place, and if I'm going to have to be watchful of this from now on.

If it wasn't for Mint.com not allowing upcoming transactions entries yet, I'd be there too. I've tried Quicken Online when it frist came out, went back to my Microsoft Money program because of Quicken issues, then tried QO again because it's web based which is a HUGE plus, but there were issues again. Then MS Money discontinued so I am here again (one more time) and there are three issues: 1) Doesn't auto refresh 2) Includes pending transactions from bank in your RealBalance, but doesn't actually download them, because their technically not cleared (so you have an upcoming and a pending amount deducted from your RealBalance). 3) Duplicate transactions.

If they got those fixed, it would work for me. (Think I'll see whee Mint.com is with their current service...).

I am facing the same problem with my items showing up twice. It is further troubling that Quicken has yet to address this issue. Off to Mint.com I go!!

Happening here too. Didn't notice it at first. You would think Support would monitor this forum and work to improve the product. Maybe they will want to switch us to a 'pay' version which will fix the issue. Thanks but, no thanks.

Same here! There's been *no* fix for this other than wasting a ton of time deleting them by hand? C'mon already! I think I'll check out mint.com too.

Im also having duplicate entries. One has the green lightning symbol in the # column. It seems as if Qicken is downloading each transaction with the corresponding pending transaction. I wish I knew how to stop this bc this is to annoying to use with this defect.
