Are you referring to the 5-digit CPT code? My health insurer includes those on their EOBs, and when I'm not sure what a service is that they're showing, I go to https://catalog.ama-assn.org/Catalog/cpt/cpt_search.jsp?checkXwho=done and punch in the CPT code to see what it means.

It could be useful feature if it were added to MEM, though.
