Running this report and I can't figure out what causes something to be on this report. Only one transaction, for my son, is showing and I can't see any difference between this transaction and others in the system.
Thanks
Caren

An expense service needs to be associated with an insurance plan to show up. You'll also need to verify the report customization settings with any expense you expect to show up on the report. Is the expense service associated with the right insurance company? Is it in the Plan Period date range? Is the In/Out Network setting correct? Is the report limited to just your son?

I run the Deductibles/OOP Max report, and no expenses show up.

The Insurance company is selected, with the plan period 1-12/08. The person is selected.

When I look at the expense list for the person, I see, for example, an expense assigned to that insurer, with the amount paid, on 4/28/08. Provider in Network is not selected. I have tried selecting all of the buttons on the report. In network, out of network, individual, family, OOP, but nothing every shows ....
