On 9/23/05 I received an email that I was accepted for the Quicken Medica Expense Manager beta program. I was requested to fill the Importance and Satisfaction Pre-Survey; which I did. I never received a CD with the product nor did I receive an email directing me to download it. On 10/04 I received an email that there are 3 new activities available. I emailed the beta@intuit.com, but never received an answer. I went ahead and did the download from the bulldog site, but the install requires a credit card number. Since I did not receive an email authurizing me to download the program (even though i received the email about the activities), I do not want to enter my credit card number without being sure that I will only be charged $.01. How should I be contacting bulldog beta support?

You should be getting the cd in the mail otherwise make sure that beat@intuit.com as well as bulldog@intuit.com are not on your spam list.

Rocky, I can definitely assure you that you won't be charged more than $.01 (one cent). The system is set up to process charges of only that amount, purely for testing. If you'd still rather not use your credit card number, there are ways to work around it. The beta support folks (Richard and Wendy) can help you.

As to how to contact beta support, go to the "Bulldog" site where you downloaded your copy and choose the "Contact Us" link in the left column. This explains how you can get help when you need it.

By the way, be sure to sign up for the Beta Forum. Follow the "Activities" link on the Beta site, and you'll see where to do that.

Thanks for testing!

- Lisa
