I have tried a number of ways to get an answer to this question from Quicken support. I always get back an email saying: Robert, I would like to inform you that we do not support "Quicken Medical Expense Manager". So I would suggest you to contact the email support of Quicken Medical Expense Manager. How you do this is anyone's guess. I don't think there is any support for this application.I would suggest using the Stabilix Health Companion Software and avoid this crapware.

If you already have QMEM, have you gone to HELP, Submit Feedback? You can ask a question and tell them you need an answer.

I have been running QMEM on Vista Business 64-bit since late October 2007 with no problems.

I am now using MEM on Windows 7 and a 64 bit machine. It is working OK. Support stinks. Quicken should update this product so that you are assured that it will work on a new OS and PC without having to guess at the outcome of installing it or going through an inadequate support system.

Did you have any trouble getting QMEM to accept your Registration after installing in Win 7? I can't get any response from QMEM support.

Hi RJ - I tried installing MEM on Windows 7 64-bit and it said I needed Microsoft Framework 1.1, but when that tries to install it generates a message that it is incompatible. Can youu tell me how you were able to install MEM around this issue? Thanks much.
