Can't open QMEM file

Quicken Medical Expense Manager V2 2008
Note... I also posted this question under "previous versions".
I changed computers recently and had to reinstall QMEM.
Now when I try to open my QMEM data file I get a message that says something like... "Cannot open QMEM file v 2.1.2.0 with this version 2.1.1.2"
How do I get this file to open?
