Hi, I originally purchased version 1 and then upgraded the first of the year to version 2 via the free offer you were gracious enough to give us. The problem is that now I have purchased a new computer and need to migrate my Medical Manager to it. I only have the original disk for version 1 on hand and am wondering how I would accomplish this. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Anticipating your exact situation led to an extensive discussion during the initial v1 to v2 upgrade period. The original offer was a download for the v2 upgrade but the registered user did not automatically receive a full installable version of v2.

As I recall, the full upgrade version process is to contact QMEM Technical Support and request a CD or maybe a download link for a full copy of V2.

Click on the Quicken Medical Expense Manager Technical Support link at the top the the page (next to the red logo) and then send an e-mail message with your request.

If there is a better solution, perhaps one of the Quicken folks will chime in.

Good luck. :-D
