I need help knowing how to enter my Dr. bills in a place where they don't go to register or my bills and deduct out of my account. I just want to be able keep track of them and pay as able. But still know they are their.

Keep them on your register but move the date. I put those kind of things at the end of the month. If I am not ready to pay them I move them to the next month or if I pay on the bill, I put the balance at the end of the next month.
I put all my bills and income on quicken for a month ahead. That way I can tell what is coming up. It is a great way to keep track and stay on budget.
