Quicken Medical Expense Manager V2 2007
Windows XP
Hi:

I have Quicken 2007 running on Windows XP Pro (All SP and current "fixes") "Beta???";-)

I get the attached error message when I try to install MEM v 2.0 (downloaded this morning). I called tech support and was told that they don't "troubleshoot" problems????? What are they for then????

Anyway, I was doing what the message said (contact the application's support team), I thought. Anyway, does anyone have a clue?

If not who do I contact for a refund?

OBTW I have been a Quicken User since the very first release. First time that I have had to seek tech support.

Has it always been this poor? It is about as good as Useless so far.

Fellow users?

Anyone?

Cheers,

Dave
