My apologies, I haven't really watched the forums since I installed the first beta and purchased v1, so this may have been answered. I didn't have that much time to do a thorough search.

Anyway, my current insurance plan has a few services that I have to meet a 20% coinsurance after deductible. But for these services (unlike the majority) my coinsurance does not apply to the out-of-pocket maximum. Co-pays do not apply to the oop either unless specifically stated.

Since it does apply to my main deductible, should I create a separate service as "coinsurance" like I have already done for copayments? Hey, typing it out, I may have answered my own question. But, I'm curious if somebody would do it differently.
